Shipping & Returns
International shipping
We ship orders via Ukrposhta. After crossing the border, the parcel is received and delivered by the postal service of your country. Estimated delivery time is 10–25 days, depending on the destination country.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship the order free of charge once (Reship Policy — see our Shipping Policy for details).
Shipping within Ukraine
We ship via Nova Poshta. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 days.
Returns
In accordance with current legislation, chemical reagents are not subject to return or exchange.
Payment
We accept USDT and other cryptocurrencies — let the manager know which payment method works best for you. Payment details are provided by the manager individually for each order.
Payment by Privatbank, Monobank and other Ukrainian bank cards is also available.
