Shipping & Returns

International shipping

We ship orders via Ukrposhta. After crossing the border, the parcel is received and delivered by the postal service of your country. Estimated delivery time is 10–25 days, depending on the destination country.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship the order free of charge (Reship Policy — see our Shipping Policy for details).

Shipping within Ukraine

We ship via Nova Poshta, Meest and Ukrposhta. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 days, depending on the carrier.

Returns

In accordance with current legislation, chemical reagents are not subject to return or exchange.
