1.1. Laboratory use only.
All products presented on the Site are chemical reagents, biochemical compounds and laboratory raw materials. They are intended exclusively for use in research, analytical, biochemical and educational laboratories for in vitro testing, chemical synthesis, analysis and equipment calibration.
1.2. Strict prohibition on consumption.
These substances are pure chemical reagents. They are categorically not intended for human or animal consumption (including, but not limited to: swallowing, injection, inhalation, application to the skin). They are not medicines, medical products, food or dietary supplements, cosmetics or household chemicals.
1.3. Disclaimer of therapeutic liability.
Any technical descriptions of substances, their molecular structures or chemical properties on the Site are of an exclusively informational, reference and encyclopedic nature. They are not instructions for use or a call to biological use. The Company bears no liability for any harm to health, injury or other consequences caused by misuse, accidental or intentional ingress of chemical reagents into the body of a human or animal.
2. Buyer's Agreement and Client Responsibility
2.1. Age and legal capacity.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
2.2. Qualification and safety.
The Buyer confirms that they possess the necessary theoretical knowledge of chemistry, practical skills, laboratory equipment and personal protective equipment for the safe handling of chemical substances. The Buyer is aware of the potential risks associated with the reactivity or specifics of the purchased compounds.
2.3. Right to refuse service.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an order unilaterally if reasonable grounds arise to suspect improper, non-targeted, domestic or illegal use of the products by the Buyer.
3. Privacy and Cookies Policy
We deeply respect the privacy of our customers and minimise any collection of information on our Site.
3.1. Data processing.
We collect only the minimum information required to fulfil an order (full name, contact details, delivery address). This data is used exclusively to process and ship parcels through postal operators.
3.2. Technical data and Cookies.
The Site uses technical cookies exclusively for the operation of the “cart” and correct page rendering. This data is stored on your device and does not identify you personally.
3.3. Analytics and protection.
We use Google Analytics for anonymous visit statistics.
4. Shipping & Returns
4.1. Worldwide shipping and Reship Policy.
Shipping outside Ukraine is carried out by Ukrposhta. If a parcel is lost by the postal service during transit, the Company guarantees one free reshipment of the order. The Buyer bears sole responsibility for knowing and complying with the import regulations of their country. Please notify the manager if you need other delivery options or special packaging.
4.2. Shipping within Ukraine.
Orders are delivered by postal and courier services throughout Ukraine wherever logistics operators are technically able to operate. Reliable packaging ensures integrity and confidentiality during transit.
4.3. Non-returnability of chemical products.
In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, chemical substances, reagents and laboratory compounds are not subject to return or exchange. Once a product has left the Company's warehouse and been handed over to the logistics service, We cannot guarantee the absence of external influence, the maintenance of temperature conditions or protection from contamination of the substance by the Buyer, which makes resale of such a product impossible for safety reasons.
5. General Site Terms & Conditions
5.1. Changes to the Agreement.
The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time without prior notice to Users. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on this page. The Buyer is obliged to review the terms before each order.
5.2. Force majeure.
The Company is released from liability for full or partial failure to perform its obligations (including delivery delays) if this is the result of force majeure circumstances, such as: military action, natural disasters, disruptions to logistics operators, power or communication outages that arose independently of the Company's will.
